SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP

Wired N Wireless ships from Winnipeg, Manitoba to addresses across Canada. We are a Canadian retailer and we focus on the Canadian market. If you need international shipping, email us at support@wirednwireless.ca — we can sometimes accommodate special requests.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Standard shipping (Canada Post or comparable carrier): flat rate based on weight and destination, calculated at checkout.
  • FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on Canadian orders over $75 CAD (subtotal before tax, after any discounts).
  • Expedited shipping: available at checkout for orders that need to arrive faster.

For large items — ride-on vehicles, electric go-karts, drift trikes — oversize and remote-area surcharges may apply. Those surcharges are calculated at checkout based on your postal code.

PROCESSING TIME

  • In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays).
  • Pre-orders, custom configurations, and bulk cable orders cut to length may take 3–7 business days to prepare.
  • Medical equipment rentals are sanitized, calibrated, and shipped within 1 business day of order confirmation.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES (after shipping)

  • Manitoba: 1–2 business days
  • Western Canada (BC, AB, SK): 2–4 business days
  • Ontario: 3–5 business days
  • Quebec and Atlantic Canada: 4–7 business days
  • Northern Canada and remote areas: 7–14 business days

Estimates are from the carrier and not guarantees. Weather, customs (where applicable), and carrier disruptions can extend delivery. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our warehouse.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an address you entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please:

  • Check with neighbours and any safe drop locations.
  • Wait 48 hours — packages occasionally update as delivered before they arrive.
  • Email support@wirednwireless.ca with your order number — we will open a trace with the carrier and replace or refund based on the outcome.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery if possible, take photos, and email us within 7 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not currently offer self-service international shipping. If you are outside Canada and want to order, email us — we can quote international rates manually for some products. Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees on international orders are the customer's responsibility.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is not currently offered. If your situation requires pickup (large item, urgent timeline), email us and we will see what we can arrange.
