TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wirednwireless.ca and any purchase or rental from Wired N Wireless, a trade name of Bay Tech Ltd., a corporation registered in Manitoba, Canada. By placing an order or renting equipment, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your province) to place an order or enter into a rental agreement. Parents and guardians are responsible for purchases made on behalf of minors, including ride-on vehicles.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

We do our best to describe products accurately — specifications, photos, and compatibility notes are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct typos, adjust pricing, and cancel or refuse any order (for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or appears fraudulent).

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless marked otherwise. Applicable GST, PST, and HST are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal; we do not see or store your full card details.

4. SHIPPING

See our Shipping Policy at wirednwireless.ca/policies/shipping-policy. In short: we ship from Canada, free standard shipping on orders over $75, and we are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds on international orders, or addresses you enter incorrectly.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

See our Refund Policy at wirednwireless.ca/policies/refund-policy. Medical equipment rentals have special terms — they are rental agreements, not purchases, and are non-refundable once the rental period has started (except as required by law).

6. MEDICAL EQUIPMENT RENTALS — IMPORTANT

Our medical equipment rentals (pulse oximeters, blood pressure monitors, continuous glucose monitors, portable ECGs, and similar devices) are provided as general-purpose consumer devices and personal monitoring tools. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed healthcare professional. Do not rely solely on device readings to make health decisions. Always consult your doctor for any medical concern.

By renting, you agree that:

  • You will use the device only for personal or family monitoring, following the manufacturer's instructions.
  • You are responsible for the device while it is in your possession, including loss, damage beyond normal wear, and theft.
  • You will return the device in good working condition by the return date stated in your rental confirmation.
  • Late returns may be charged at the regular daily rental rate plus a late fee, and non-return may be treated as a purchase at the full replacement value.
  • Bay Tech Ltd. is not liable for health outcomes, misdiagnosis, or decisions made based on device readings.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on wirednwireless.ca — text, product photos, logos, graphics — is owned by Bay Tech Ltd. or our suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content commercially without written permission.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use our store to:

  • Commit fraud or resell stolen goods.
  • Violate Canadian law or the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside.
  • Upload viruses, scrape our site in bulk, or attempt to breach our security.
  • Harass our staff or other customers.

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or ban accounts at our discretion.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bay Tech Ltd., its directors, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the store, a product, or a rental device. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the item or rental giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by contract.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Manitoba. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, unless a consumer protection statute requires otherwise.

11. CHANGES

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at wirednwireless.ca/policies/terms-of-service. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
